I am a Mortgage Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting Canadian, Australian, and U.S. mortgage brokers throughout the mortgage and loan lifecycle. My expertise includes mortgage administration, loan processing, document management, pipeline management, lender submission, condition fulfillment, compliance review, CRM/LOS administration, and client communication.

I have experience managing purchase, refinance, renewal, FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan files by collecting and verifying borrower documentation, reviewing income, assets, liabilities, and property documents, preparing submission-ready loan packages, clearing underwriting conditions, and coordinating files from application through approval, settlement/closing, and funding.

I am proficient in industry-standard mortgage systems, including Velocity, Filogix, Finmo, Encompass, Floify, LendingPad, Arive, ApplyOnline (AOL), Mercury Nexus, and MyCRM, with the ability to quickly adapt to new CRM and LOS platforms. I am experienced in collaborating with Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, Credit Assessors, Realtors, lenders, title companies, solicitors, conveyancers, escrow officers, and borrowers** while delivering accurate, compliant, and timely mortgage support.
