This is a part-time to full-time opportunity, which is solely determined by whether you can actually rank a GBP in the map pack and expand the proximity rank to further distances. I care far less about credentials and far more about real results - so plan to provide case studies and proof if you want to apply. The opportunity starts with a paid trial period with a few GBPs to test whether you can produce results in 4-6 weeks.

I'm not looking for a general SEO specialist, but rather a Google Business Profile expert who is laser-focused on ranking local GBP properties fast for many keywords and for a reasonably sized geographical region (20-50 miles typically).

You need to have your own computer, internet and SEO software. If you need a specific software, I'll consider getting it. I will absolutely want to know which methods you plan to deploy for ranking goals, which software you use and will expect full ownership and logins of any assets created for ranking purposes (g accounts for stacks etc.). Open communication is essential.

AI experience a bonus! If you have skills or software you use to rank local companies in the AI search snippet results and in AI software (chatgpt etc), this is also a highly valued skill I will consider.

You need to be highly organized. I'll want to access to Google Sheets/Docs that show actions taken, accounts used, progress on tasks...all in one place. We use ClickUp and you're welcome to use it too if it helps.

All methods need to be whitehat/gray hat - no spammy stuff and no fluff (no busy work that doesn't contribute to higher rankings).
