AI Automation & Integration Specialist (Google Workspace / Make.com)

I’m looking for someone who enjoys building automation systems and connecting software together.

This is not a data entry position and it’s not a typical virtual assistant role.

I’m building an AI-powered business operating system for my companies, and I need someone to help connect the pieces together.

Your job will include:

* Building workflows in ----------
* Connecting Google Workspace with AI tools
* Connecting Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Drive
* Building automations between our software
* Creating AI workflows using ChatGPT
* Troubleshooting automation issues
* Testing workflows before they go live
* Documenting how each automation works
* Continuously improving existing systems

The goal is to eliminate repetitive work by allowing our systems to communicate automatically.

Software we currently use

* Google Workspace
* ----------
* ChatGPT Teams
* Zapier

Experience with APIs, webhooks, AI, or automation platforms is a plus.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who enjoys questions like:

* “Can this be automated?”
* “Can these two systems talk to each other?”
* “How can we eliminate manual work?”

You don’t need to know every answer today, but you should enjoy solving problems and learning new technology.

This is a long-term position

The initial project is helping build the foundation of our automation system, but the role will continue to grow as we add more AI and automation throughout the company.
