AI Automation Specialist - Real Estate Lead Management

Our real estate office is looking for a skilled AI Automation Specialist to help us enhance lead engagement and response times. We use Real Geeks CRM, and we’re seeking someone who understands both AI workflow automation and real estate lead management.

Your main focus will be setting up intelligent AI systems to respond to new leads from our website and automate key parts of our follow-up process.

Responsibilities:

Integrate and optimize AI tools within Real Geeks CRM.

Build automated workflows to respond instantly to new buyer and seller leads.

Develop conversational AI responses for web inquiries, text messages, and email.

Monitor, test, and improve AI performance for better lead conversion rates.

Collaborate with the broker to align automations with business goals and CRM processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with AI automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, Make/Integromat, etc.).

Experience with Real Geeks CRM or similar real estate platforms.

Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and follow-up systems.

Ability to write and optimize AI prompts and workflows for real-world results.

Reliable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with lead nurturing strategies and real estate marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of API integrations and workflow testing.
