AI Content Research VA — Viral Trend Sourcing (TikTok/Reels)

We're looking for a sharp, trend-obsessed Content Research VA to support our AI content marketing operation. You'll work directly under our Research Lead, sourcing viral video ideas, formats, and trends across TikTok and Instagram Reels — the same research work already happening internally, but with dedicated focus and volume.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously scan TikTok/Reels for viral formats, trending audio, and breakout content styles
- Move fast on real-time viral ---------- nts (e.g. major sporting/cultural events) — speed matters as much as quality
- Log findings in a shared tracking sheet, tagged by format, niche, and style
- Take direction from the Research Lead on specific research targets, while also self-directing exploration
- Flag high-potential trends before they peak, not after

You're a fit if you:
- Live inside TikTok/Instagram and can spot a trend forming in real time
- Understand short-form algorithms — what makes something get pushed, not just what's popular
- Are detail-oriented enough to log research clearly and consistently
- Ideally 18-25, possibly a student — this role rewards being genuinely immersed in current trends over formal experience

Quality bar: generic "trending sounds" research isn't enough. We need specific, well-tagged, timely findings that can be acted on immediately.
