AI Integrator / AI Automation Specialist / Claude Expert

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We run a recruiting agency that connects skilled Filipino talent with U.S. businesses. We place AI Integrators, virtual assistants, and operators with companies that want to put AI to work in their day-to-day.

I'm hiring a **full-time AI Integrator** to place directly with one of our clients — a U.S. company in the healthcare space that's building AI into their operations. This is real, hands-on work building and deploying AI systems for an actual business — not a course or a study group.

**What you'll do:**
- Build and deploy AI automations and workflows for our client's business
- Integrate AI tools into their existing systems (they run on Microsoft)
- Set up document-heavy and OCR / extraction workflows — turning messy inputs (PDFs, images, handwritten notes) into clean, structured, usable data
- Test, refine, and document what you build so the client's team can actually run it
- Take notes, track your work, keep things organized
- Daily 15-min check-in

**What I need:**
- **Claude expert** — you know how to get real results with Claude. This one is non-negotiable.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Available full-time, with solid overlap with U.S. business hours
- Willing to learn the tools and systems we use — we'll guide you, but you have to want to use them

Nice to have (not required, but they move you to the top of the list):
- Experience with **Microsoft automations** (the client runs on Microsoft)
- Any **healthcare experience** — bonus if you've worked in **PracticeSuite**
- **OCR basics**

**What you'll get:**
- **$10-20/hour depending on experience**, paid weekly (Wise / Payoneer / PayPal — your call)
