What you'll do:
- Work fluently across AI video and UGC tools (Magnific, elevenlabs, and similar)
- Generate product footage, b-roll, and talking head footage using AI tools
- Ship multiple high-quality variants per week on winning angles
- Edit VSLs and UGC ads to exceptional standard
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists and copywriters

What we're looking for:
- Extensive VSL / direct response editing experience
- Substantial experience with modern AI and UGC tooling (mandatory)
- Deep expertise in AI prompting
- Speed & ownership
