AI Video Editor for E-commerce Ads (VSLs + UGC) — Long-Term Role

We run a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand selling in the US and Europe. Looking for a video editor who lives and breathes AI tools and direct-response ads.

What you'll do:
Edit VSL ads, UGC-style ads, and image-to-video creatives for Facebook/TikTok
Generate AI video clips and voiceovers as part of the editing workflow
Turn scripts + raw assets into scroll-stopping ads, fast

Must have:

Hands-on experience with AI tools: HeyGen, Kling, Seedance, ElevenLabs (or similar)
Proven experience editing e-commerce ads, especially VSLs
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and captions for paid ads
Fast turnaround and good communication

Compensation:

1. Fixed monthly base salary (negotiable based on experience, but can be $ ---------- month)
2. Performance bonuses tied to ad spend/winning creatives — if your ads scale, you earn more. We give generous bonuses if performance of creatives is good! Our top video editor makes $5k month just from bonuses!
