Most editing jobs are on US time, so you're up until 6 AM, asleep all day while everyone you know is awake. Not here. I'm in Japan, almost the same time zone as you. We work 10 AM to 6 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. You work in the daytime, eat dinner with your family, and keep your nights.

I want someone on the way up. If you're into AI, you like playing with it, and you want to get great at AI video and AI marketing, this is for you.

Here's the deal. You don't have to be perfect on day one. You have to care about detail and learn fast. I'll spend real time in your first weeks teaching you everything I've learned making this content. In return I need you to pick it up fast, so we get to the point where you see an instruction and just know what I want and go do it. I'm always here to help, but I'm building editors, not babysitting them.

If you're only here for the paycheck, or you're not into AI, don't apply. If you can't consistently start at 10 AM, don't apply.

THE ROLE
- 4 videos/day
- 5 days/week, 10 AM to 6 PM Philippine time
- Once you're hired I give you scripts, character references, environments, Project Instructions, and paid account access

STACK YOU MUST KNOW
NanoBanana Pro and Veo 3.1 are the main tools. Both run on Google Flow, and this is what you generate with. Higgsfield is fine since it runs NanoBanana Pro and Veo inside it. If you use ChatGPT or Claude as your assistant that's okay, just know I'll switch you to Gemini. CapCut for editing, Google Drive for files.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong English, stable internet and power, a PC that runs CapCut smoothly, a 9 AM start (finish early and you're done, I won't make you sit at your desk until 6 PM unless you want to get ahead), same-day feedback, fast WhatsApp replies, payment via Wise.

PAY
$500 to $600 USD per month depending on experience, paid twice a month via Wise. Monthly bonus for hitting all your daily videos. Pay grows as your output and quality grow.

HOW TO APPLY
