Appointment Setter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a confident, people-first communicator who knows how to turn warm interest into booked appointments.

If you love talking to people, building relationships, and consistently following up until the appointment is booked, this role could be a great fit for you.

About the Role

As our Appointment Setter, you’ll manage warm leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) inside our GoHighLevel CRM.

Your role isn’t just to respond to incoming inquiries it’s to own the pipeline. You’ll respond quickly, make outbound calls, follow up consistently, and ensure every lead has the best chance of becoming a booked appointment.


What You’ll Do

? Monitor and respond to warm inbound leads fro ---------- ta ads inside GoHighLevel

*Make outbound calls to warm leads who have inquired but haven’t booked yet

*Call, text, and follow up consistently until a decision is made

*Build rapport quickly and confidently guide conversations toward booking

*Qualify leads using our scripts and process

*Handle light objections and keep conversations moving forward

*Keep the CRM organized with notes, tags, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks

*Book qualified appointments directly onto the calendar

*Share feedback on lead quality, common objections, and opportunities to improve our process


What Makes You a Great Fit

*Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service (phone experience preferred)

*Comfortable making both inbound responses AND outbound warm follow-up calls

*Strong, natural English communication

*Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone

*Organized, reliable, and excellent at following up

*Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by performance

*Comfortable asking for the appointment and moving conversations forward

Schedule & Compensation

*Flexible remote schedule

*$5–$8 USD/hour

*Performance bonuses for booked appointments
