Appointment Setter – B2B Cold Calling (Debt Relief for Business Owners)

We run a lead generation operation helping US small business owners restructure expensive merchant cash advance (MCA) debt. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: call business owners, have a real conversation about their situation, and book qualified appointments for our closers.

You'll be calling warm-ish data — these are business owners we've identified as likely carrying multiple cash advances, not random lists. A lot of calls won't connect. When they do, you need to sound like a human, not a script reader.

What You'll Do

Make ---------- + outbound dials per day during US business hours (EST)

Qualify business owners: confirm they have MCA debt, gauge pain level, and book a call with our team

Log every call outcome in Close CRM (dispositions, notes, callbacks)

Handle objections like "I'm not interested" and "how did you get my number" without folding

Hit a target of 3-5 qualified appointments per week

Requirements

1+ years of B2B cold calling experience (US market strongly preferred)
Excellent spoken English with minimal accent — you'll be talking to skeptical American business owners
Experience with a sales CRM (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Reliable internet (backup connection preferred), quiet workspace, quality headset
Able to work US Eastern Time hours
Thick skin and consistency — this is a volume game with a lot of rejection

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services, debt relief, MCA, or business lending
Familiarity with Close CRM specifically

Compensation

Rate: Starting at $5 per hour
Bonus: $[20} / per closed deal
Paid weekly via Wise
