Appointment Setter (Facebook ---------- + Phone) - US Real Estate Coaching

We are hiring 1 hybrid setter to book calls for our US real estate investing coaching program. This is a Facebook ---------- role AND a phone setting role. You need to be strong at both.

Remote, contract, paid in USD.

You will work warm and cold leads two ways: ---------- them on Facebook and getting them on the phone. You qualify them using our framework and book calls straight onto our calendar. You are not closing. You are the first touch. You start the conversation, qualify the person, and hand a booked, ready-to-go appointment to our closer.

The schedule: you will cover US business hours, so this runs on a night shift here in the Philippines. If you have done BPO or US-facing setting, you already know the rhythm. Evenings and weekends are part of peak hours.

What we need:
- Prior DM or appointment-setting experience (coaching, education, or high-ticket preferred)
- Clear, confident, neutral spoken English and quick on the keys
- Someone who can follow a script AND read the room
- Fast on callbacks. When a lead comes in, you get to them quickly.
- Available during US peak hours across both channels (night shift, weekends included)
- A reliable computer, a quality headset, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet place to take calls
- You track your own numbers without being asked
