Appointment Setter / Phone Sales Rep — US Sports Marketing (GHL, EST Hours)

County Sports celebrates high school athletics and helps local U.S. businesses get in front of their community through sports advertising and done-for-you marketing services. We're growing fast and need two energetic people to be the friendly first voice business owners hear.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to local U.S. business owners from our lead lists
Get past gatekeepers and reach the owner or decision-maker
Deliver our pitch warmly and book short 15-minute discovery calls for our team
Log every call outcome in GoHighLevel (GHL) and keep the pipeline updated
Follow up with leads by call and voicemail
Hit weekly appointment-setting targets

You're a Great Fit If You Have

Proven phone sales or appointment-setting experience
Clear, confident spoken English and a warm, upbeat phone presence
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — or the ability to learn it quickly
Thick skin: you can handle rejection and stay positive
Strong reliability and great follow-up habits

Nice to Have

Knowledge of American sports (football, basketball, baseball, etc.)
Prior cold-calling and CRM experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (EST), with a 30-minute lunch
You must be able to reliably work these exact hours

Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet (a backup connection is a big plus)
A quiet, private space to take calls — no background noise
A quality headset and a computer that runs GHL smoothly

Pay
$5 per hour + bonus per appointment set/showed $10 (est $250 PM) + Bonus Per Sale $25 (est $200 PM) + Residual commission on monthly recurring revenues 10?ter 2nd month. Estimated compensation in month 3 = est $10-$12 per hour)
