Business Development Project Lead

We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development Project Lead who can take projects from concept to execution. This role requires someone who thrives in research, planning, coordination, and implementation while working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, strategic, highly organized, and comfortable building new processes from scratch. They should enjoy solving complex business challenges, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving projects that contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations backed by research and data.
Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.
Research partnership and business development opportunities.
Develop outreach strategies for target markets.
Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and executive priorities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Build SOPs, workflows, and improve operational processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Growth Operations, or Strategic Initiatives.
Proven experience leading projects from concept to execution.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with minimal supervision.

Preferred: Experience working directly with CEOs or executive leadership.
Preferred: Experience supporting US-based companies.
Preferred: Experience working with Chinese companies, Chinese social media platforms, or other international digital platforms.
