Business Development Representative | Medical Courier Appointment Setter (Remote - Philippines)

We are a growing California medical courier company specializing in the transportation of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and healthcare deliveries. We are expanding quickly and are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative from the Philippines to help us secure new contracts.

Responsibilities

* Cold call hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, dialysis centers, surgery centers, and medical offices throughout California.
* Speak with procurement managers, logistics managers, operations managers, and office administrators.
* Schedule appointments for the business owner.
* Follow up with potential clients.
* Send professional emails after calls.
* Update our CRM with notes and follow-up dates.
* Research new healthcare facilities daily.
* Help complete vendor registration applications.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B cold-calling experience.
* Experience setting appointments.
* Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily.
* Strong internet connection.
* Quiet home office.
* Positive attitude.
* Able to work U.S. Pacific Time.

Preferred

* Experience selling to healthcare organizations.
* Experience with logistics or courier companies.
* Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or another CRM.

Compensation

* Hourly pay plus bonuses.
