We are a growing Canadian business group operating across three businesses in the areas of professional services, financial solutions, and recruitment.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and long-term tea ---------- mber who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and helping businesses grow.

This is not a cold-calling sales job. Most of your work will involve warm lead follow-ups, relationship building, networking, and marketing support.

Your Responsibilities
???? Warm Calling & Appointment Setting
Call warm leads who have already shown interest in our services.
Follow up with existing prospects and clients.
Book appointments for our senior team.
Maintain detailed call notes and follow-up reminders.
???? LinkedIn Networking
Send personalized connection requests.
Build relationships with business owners and professionals.
Follow approved outreach scripts.
Follow up with prospects professionally.
Update our CRM with activities and responses.
???? AI SEO & Digital Marketing
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to:
Generate SEO ideas
Improve website content
Create blog outlines
Research keywords
Optimize online visibility
???? Social Media
Create and schedule posts.
Design simple Canva graphics.
Repurpose existing content into LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram posts.
Monitor engagement and report results.
???? General Administration
Update CRM.
Maintain lead databases.
Prepare daily activity reports.
Assist with other business development tasks when required.
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English.
Friendly and confident phone communication.
Experience with warm calling or appointment setting.
Comfortable using LinkedIn professionally.
Willing to learn and use AI tools.
Basic understanding of social media and SEO.
Canva experience is an advantage.
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
Stable internet connection and quiet home office.
