Job Title: Client Workflow & Content Coordinator
We are a growing content and social media team looking for a detail-oriented **Client Workflow & Content Coordinator** to keep our projects moving smoothly from client request to final publish.
You will be the main “traffic controller” for our work, making sure everyone knows what’s happening, what’s due next, and what’s been completed.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full content workflow
- Track projects from client intake through drafts, edits, approvals, and final publishing.
- Keep our task system updated so the team always knows the status of each project.
- Make sure nothing gets stuck between “editor finished” and “client approved.”
- Communicate with clients and the internal team
- Collect project details and clarifications from clients in a clear, organized way.
- Share updates, timelines, and next steps with editors, designers, and strategists.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and final approval before anything goes live.
- attend meetings and send follow up notes to the team
- Support publishing and content coordination
- Draft clear, on-brand social media captions based on project briefs.
- Schedule posts on social platforms and confirm correct timing, accounts, and assets.
- Double-check links, tags, and formatting before and after publishing.
- Light content support (as needed)
- Assist with light video editing (simple cuts, trims, resizing, adding text, or basic transitions).
- Help organize content files, assets, and folders so the team can find what they need quickly.
- Jump in with other content-related tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who can work US hours
- Someone who loves organizing details, checklists, and workflows
- Strong written communication skills and a professional, friendly tone with clients
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic video editing tools is a plus
- Agency, creative, or social media team experience is a bonus, but not required
This role is for you if…
- You naturally notice when things fall through the cracks and want to fix it
- You enjoy being the go-to person who knows “where everything is” in the process
- You like working behind the scenes to keep editors, clients, and projects aligned
