Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Earn $300-600+/Month (US Sales Company, Experience Preferred)

We're a growing AI automation company based in Los Angeles, working with law firms, med spas, and home service businesses across the US. We're looking for an experienced cold caller to help us book appointments with business owners interested in our services.
This is a great opportunity if you:

Have past experience cold calling or appointment setting for US companies
Are confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone
Want uncapped earning potential — the more you book, the more you make
Are looking for consistent, ongoing work with a growing company

What you'll do:

Call leads from a list we provide every day
Follow a simple, proven script (we give you everything you need)
Book qualified appointments onto our calendar
Log call results in a simple tracker

Pay:

First 2 weeks: $2.50/hr base + $15 per booked call (ramp-up period while you learn our offer)
After 2 weeks: $20 per qualified call that books and shows up — no base, no cap on what you can earn
Experienced callers can realistically earn $400-700+/month, with room to grow as we scale

Requirements:

Past experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting for a US-based company (required)
Clear spoken English and a confident, natural phone voice
Reliable internet and a quiet space to make calls
Available during US Pacific business hours
