Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist (Home Improvement / Mold Remediation)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads for a growing home services company specializing in mold remediation, indoor air quality, environmental services, and home improvement.

This is a full-time remote position where you'll be responsible for building prospect lists, making outbound cold calls, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments using a provided script.

Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using the provided script.
-Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach.
-Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations.
-Identify homeowners with mold, moisture, or indoor air quality concerns.
-Maintain accurate call notes and lead information.
-Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
-Use Aircall for outbound calling.
-Collaborate with the team to improve outreach performance.

Requirements
-Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
-Experience in home improvement, mold remediation, restoration, environmental services, or other home service industries is highly preferred.
-Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
-Confident speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
-Comfortable building prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
-Experience using Aircall or similar dialers is an advantage.
