We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cold Caller to join our real estate investment team. This is NOT a training position—you must be ready to hit the ground running.

? REQUIREMENTS (No Exceptions):

Must have experience using Enzo Dialer
Proven success in locking up wholesale deals
Must know how to find and qualify buyers
Experience Facebook blasting deals to generate buyer interest
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
???? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound cold calls to motivated sellers
Analyze leads and identify viable opportunities
Negotiate and lock up contracts over the phone
Market contracts to end buyers using Facebook and other platforms
Coordinate with our acquisitions and dispositions teams
???? Start Date: ASAP
