What You'll Do

You'll cold call business owners and set them up with a free strategy call where we help them get credit-ready and access funding. That's it. No closing, no pricing conversations, no fulfillment — just great conversations that turn into booked calls.

50 dials per day, minimum — no exceptions
10–15 live conversations per day
2–3 appointments booked per day
Every single call logged in GoHighLevel (GHL) — 100% of the time
Structured day: two power-dial blocks (morning and afternoon), a midday cleanup, and an EOD report posted to the team

We'll give you the script, the objection handling playbook, and a CRM workflow that removes the guesswork. You bring the energy and the discipline.

Bottom line on pay: total earnings are a mix of your negotiated base rate plus commission and bonuses tied to performance — the harder you work the number, the more it shows up in your paycheck.


What You Need to Bring

Real outbound cold-calling experience — this is not your first rodeo
Comfort with a performance-based pay structure (base + commission)
The discipline to hit a daily number, every day, without someone standing over you
Strong phone presence — warm, confident, and able to think on your feet through objections
Basic CRM comfort (we use GoHighLevel)


What This Role Is Not

You will not close deals, quote prices, or handle client fulfillment — that's the Account Executive's job
This is not a guaranteed-base role — the tiers are earned, not given
This is not a fit if you need certainty before you've proven performance


Wage/Salary

Base rate to be discussed based on experience. Commission is added on top of any negotiated base rate, paid per converted booking, so total pay scales with performance.

Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $500–$1,500+/month, depending on tier and performance:

$50 commission per booked appointment that converts to a paying client
+$25/week activity bonus for hitting 50 dials/day, 5 days straight
+$100/month bonus for 5+ closed bookings in a month
Paid bi-weekly, on the 1st and 15th
