Cold Caller / SDR — US Healthcare (500 dials/day, Full-Time, Long-Term)

We're CareBeam, a US-based AI software company selling to medical clinics. We're hiring a full-time cold caller to book demos with doctors' offices across the US.

The job:
- Cold call US medical practices using our dialer (Close CRM). Target is 500 dials per day
- Goal: get past the front desk, reach the practice manager or doctor, book a 20-minute demo
- Log every call outcome in Close. All calls are recorded and reviewed
- Hours: 9am to 6pm US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. This is non-negotiable
- You will be trained on our script, objection handling, and product. We coach our reps weekly

You must have:
- B2B cold calling experience with US prospects (not customer service, not chat support)
- Clear, confident spoken English. You will talk to skeptical gatekeepers all day
- Reliable internet (25+ Mbps), quiet workspace, quality USB headset
- High-volume dialing experience (Nooks, Orum, Close, PhoneBurner, or similar is a plus)
