Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant – B2B Medical Supply Company

Zaatar Health is a growing B2B wholesale medical supply distributor based in the United States, serving pharmacies, clinics, nursing homes, and home care agencies. We're looking for a motivated, reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cold call prospective clients (pharmacies, clinics, nursing homes, home care agencies) from a provided lead list

Introduce our company and products, qualify interest, and log outcomes accurately after every call
Follow up with warm leads and schedule callbacks/appointments
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in our CRM/Airtable system

Additional Projects (as needed):

Data entry and lead list building/cleanup
Helping fill catalog
Assisting with order/PO follow-ups
Light research tasks (finding new leads, verifying business info)
Other admin support across the business as it grows

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with clear, professional phone communication
Prior cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable handling rejection and gatekeepers professionally
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Detail-oriented — accurate call logging matters more to us than raw call volume
