???? Starting Pay: $120/week (Paid every 2 weeks)
???? Performance Raises: After your first 30 days, your pay may increase to $150/week based on performance.
Top performers can earn up to $500/week ($2,000/month) over time.

???? About the Position

We are looking for a high-energy, confident, and experienced female Virtual Assistant who is comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone and has a strong background in cold calling and sales.

Your primary responsibility will be contacting businesses that currently do not have a website. You’ll introduce our company, let them know we’ve already created a professional website demo specifically for their business, and schedule a time for them to view it.

Not every business owner will be interested—and that’s okay. This is a numbers game. Success comes from consistency, professionalism, and making a high volume of quality calls every day.

???? Training

Before officially joining the team, all selected applicants must successfully complete a 2-day unpaid training program.

This training is designed to ensure you fully understand our sales process, communication standards, daily responsibilities, and the expectations of the role before beginning paid work. Successful completion of the training is required to move forward with employment.

? Requirements

???? Age 25–35
????? Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent
?? Proven experience with cold calling
???? Experience in sales, outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation
???? Strong communication and people skills
???? Confident speaking with business owners and handling objections
???? Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
???? Available Monday–Friday
???? Self-motivated, reliable, coachable, and results-driven
