Cold Calling Sales Virtual Assistant for Contractor Directory (Ratedeed.com)

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and professional full-time Cold Calling Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help us grow ---------- — a new nationwide contractor directory platform.
Your Main Responsibilities:

Make 1200 calls/week to US contractors (we provide the full list with names & phone numbers)
Follow a proven call script to invite contractors to claim and optimize their free profile on our site
Log all call results accurately in a Google Sheet (interested / not interested / callback / voicemail, notes, etc.)
Send follow-up emails or SMS when needed
Help qualify interested contractors and book simple appointments
Work US business hours (you must be available during US daytime)

Requirements:

Excellent English speaking skills (clear, friendly, professional American-style phone voice)
Previous cold calling, sales, or customer service experience is a big plus
Comfortable using a computer, Google Sheets, and calling apps
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Self-motivated and consistent with daily targets
Can handle rejection and stay positive (this is sales outreach)
