TrueClean Solutions is a commercial cleaning company serving offices, churches, educational facilities, and other commercial properties throughout the Hudson Valley, New York.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and professional Sales & Appointment Setting VA to help us generate new business opportunities and schedule walkthroughs with decision makers.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for additional hours and performance bonuses.

Position Details

• 10-15 hours per week to start
• $4-$6 per hour depending on experience
• Work during New York business hours
• Long-term growth opportunity
• Performance bonuses available

Responsibilities

• Cold call commercial businesses
• Follow up with previous leads
• Send outreach emails
• Schedule walkthrough appointments
• Update prospect tracking sheets
• Maintain accurate notes on all conversations
• Follow up with prospects on schedule
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Work closely with ownership to improve outreach campaigns

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Prior cold calling experience
• Prior appointment setting experience
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional phone presence
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently

Performance Expectations

Within 90 Days:

• 75-100 outbound calls per week
• All follow-up calls and emails completed on time
• 8 walkthroughs scheduled per month
• Consistent CRM and tracking updates
• Contribute to 4 new commercial contracts closed

Bonus Structure

Signed Contract Value ? Bonus

$0-$5,000 ? $15
$5,000-$10,000 ? $25
$10,000+ ? $50
