CPA Accountants/Bookkeepers Positions Needed

Plutify is a modern bookkeeping firm serving ecommerce businesses (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), content creators, SaaS startups, and AI-driven entrepreneurs. Our mission is simple: keep modern businesses financially clear, tax-ready, and confident in their decisions.

We’re CPA-backed, flexible, and scaling quickly. We’re now looking for a CPA Virtual Assistant who can grow with us and help lead our bookkeeping team.

About the Role:
This is an entry-level role with leadership responsibilities (huge growth potential after trial period). You’ll handle bookkeeping directly while also managing and guiding other bookkeepers on our team. You’ll be trusted to deliver accurate reports, maintain well-organized QuickBooks Online files, and keep communication with clients professional and clear.

Responsibilities
-Prepare and deliver accurate, tax-ready financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, expenses)
-Lead and collaborate with our bookkeeping team
-Communicate clearly with clients to ensure they are satisfied and supported
-Oversee client onboarding and handle financial clean-up projects when needed
-Keep QuickBooks Online files organized and error-free

Requirements:
-CPA license (Philippines)
-Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
-Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
-Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently without micromanagement
