Credit Repair Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the credit repair process and be confident working directly with client credit reports and accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed credit audits and identify negative or inaccurate items
- Handle monthly check-ins with clients and provide clear progress updates
- Prepare and manage dispute letters
- Review credit reports and monitor changes
- Maintain accurate client records and account notes
- Communicate professionally and confidently with clients
- Understand the overall credit repair process from onboarding to ongoing disputes
- Familiarity with CRC

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in the credit repair industry
- Strong attention to detail and organization
