Dedicated Link Builder (60+ Sites) – Must Know Indexed, Relevant, Traffic-Driven Links

We're looking for an experienced, dedicated link builder to handle ongoing link acquisition across a portfolio of 60 websites (with more being added). This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who genuinely understands what separates a real link from a worthless one.

What we mean by quality links:

Links that actually get INDEXED by Google (if it's not indexed, it doesn't count)
Links from RELEVANT sites in the same or related niche
Links from pages/sites with REAL ORGANIC TRAFFIC (verified in Ahrefs/Semrush)
Links found by REVERSE ENGINEERING competitors' backlink profiles

If you don't know how to check whether a link is indexed, or you think Fiverr PBN packages and mass directory submissions are "link building," please don't apply.

Your responsibilities:

Build a minimum of 2–8 indexed links per month per priority site
Reverse engineer competitor backlink profiles using Ahrefs/Semrush to find link opportunities
Outreach: guest posts, niche edits/link insertions, resource pages, unlinked mentions
Vet every prospect for relevance, organic traffic, and index status before pitching
Track everything in a shared Google sheet spreadsheet: prospect, status, live URL, index status, anchor text, cost (if any)
Verify indexation of every placed link and re-check 30 days later
Report weekly on outreach volume, links placed, and links indexed
Keep a Master Google Sheet that has each site on it then linked to a dedicated Google sheet for each website individually

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on link building experience (agency or in-house)
Proficient with Ahrefs and/or Semrush (have your own accounts and experience with using these tools)
Have or used indexing tools if needed to help links get indexed if needed
Strong written English for outreach emails
Experience managing link building at scale across multiple sites
Honest reporting — we verify every link, so don't inflate numbers
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
