About Us

We're Tudor Jones & Co., a small UK-based leather goods manufacturer with a team of five people. We've been handcrafting luxury leather products for the hospitality industry since 1991.

We supply many of the UK's finest hotels, restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues, and we're now looking to grow our online presence and marketing.

This role is much more than simply posting on social media. We're looking for someone creative, proactive, and full of ideas who wants to help build our brand and grow alongside the business.

Your Responsibilities

You'll work closely with David, the business owner, helping bring ideas to life and continually improving our online presence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing our social media platforms
• Planning and creating engaging content
• Designing graphics using Canva or Adobe
• Basic photo and video editing
• Creating product brochures and presentations
• Updating our WordPress website
• Uploading new products and improving existing pages
• Writing product descriptions and website copy
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Google Ads and online advertising
• SEO improvements
• Competitor research
• Customer outreach campaigns
• Helping organise professional photography
• Developing exciting new ideas, such as 360° interactive product photography
• Supporting the future marketing and development of our new hospitality brand

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Canva or Adobe skills
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience managing social media accounts
• A good understanding of branding and marketing
• Experience with Google Ads (preferred)
• SEO knowledge (preferred)
• Photography or video editing experience (an advantage)
• Creative thinker with lots of ideas
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI tools
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Someone who enjoys improving systems and finding better ways of doing things

A portfolio of previous work is essential. Applications without examples of previous projects, websites, social media, design work, or marketing campaigns are unlikely to be considered.
