Ecommerce Marketing Executive

Crawford Espresso is a fast-growing US-based premium coffee equipment retailer selling world-class espresso machines and grinders from brands like Mahlkönig, Rocket Espresso, and Sanremo to serious home baristas and café owners across America.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to own our content production across blog, product pages, email newsletters, and social media. This is a role for someone who writes well in English, learns quickly, and takes pride in producing compelling content that attracts viewers and customers.

What you'll do:

1. Write SEO blog posts: product comparisons, buying guides, brand spotlights targeting US specialty coffee buyers
2. Write and update product page content: descriptions, feature highlights, brand stories
3. Build and send weekly email newsletters to subscribers
4. Create social media content for various platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
5. Research competitors, keywords, and trending topics and compile findings into clear summaries
6. Update website pages, banners, and promotional campaigns

You'll go far if you:

- Write English that reads naturally: not translated, not generic, not AI-sounding
- Are genuinely curious: you research topics properly before writing about them
- Take feedback well and improve quickly
- Are detail-oriented: typos and formatting errors bother you
- Have an interest in coffee, food, design, or premium lifestyle products

What we're looking for:

- Strong written English: this is non-negotiable for a writing role
- Experience in content, marketing, or communications
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly, such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, SEO tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

- Any published writing: blog posts, articles, university publications, social media
- Basic Canva or design skills for simple social media visuals
- Understanding of SEO basics: keywords, headings, meta descriptions
- Familiarity with specialty coffee or premium consumer products

Work schedule:

- Part-time, remote
- Performance will be measured by your content production output and quality, not hours worked

Salary: $5.00/hour
