Rushing Roofing & Contracting is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Remote Appointment Setters to help homeowners schedule free roof inspections after storms. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you'll play a key role in generating qualified appointments and supporting our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment. You'll receive comprehensive training, proven scripts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided lead lists.

Qualify homeowners by identifying potential storm damage or roofing concerns.

Schedule free roof inspection appointments for our field representatives.

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.

Accurately document conversations, appointments, and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Handle objections professionally and build trust with homeowners.

Meet daily and weekly call, appointment, and quality goals.

Represent the Rushing Roofing brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.

Previous appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software.

Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.

Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow and earn performance-based incentives.
