Executive Assistant / Integrator — Run My Business AND My Life (U.S. Home-Services + Coaching)

Read this whole thing before applying. It matters.
I run two U.S. companies plus a coaching business, and I've got a full personal life on top of it. I'm a visionary — good at ideas and direction, bad at holding all the pieces together. I don't need someone who waits for tasks. I need the opposite: someone who takes things off my plate and runs with them without me in the middle.
The best word for who I'm looking for is an integrator. You take my half-formed "we need to fix X" and turn it into a running system I never think about again. You catch the ball before I drop it. Your #1 job: make sure I always know what I need to know, and make sure nothing gets lost, forgotten, or left undone. If a task slips through the cracks, that's the one thing I can't have.
What you'd own:

My inbox across three email accounts — you d ---------- what I see, what you handle, what waits
Task and follow-up systems so NOTHING falls through the cracks — from email, chats, and things I just say out loud
My schedule and personal life — helping me manage everyday things, not just business
My coaching clients — keeping them on track and cared for
Helping run hiring — sourcing, screening, scheduling so only the right people reach me
Light financial tracking and follow-ups

HUGE pluses (these move you to the top of the pile):

You leverage AI tools to be your best — you use Claude/ChatGPT to do 8 hours of work in a fraction of the time. I do this myself and want someone who thinks the same way.

You are NOT a fit if:

You need to be told exactly what to do at every step
You wait for instructions instead of solving problems
You've never built a system or process on your own
You're juggling other clients

You ARE a fit if:

You've built something — an SOP, a workflow, a system — that was still being used after you left the job
You think in "here's the problem, here's what I built to fix it"
You're organized to a fault and things do not slip past you
You have reliable backup power AND a second internet source (non-negotiable — we don't stop for storms)

How to apply — follow this exactly (this is part of the test):
