Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist

We are OB Property Group Indiana LLC, an active real estate investment company focusing on residential acquisitions. We are seeking a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Outbound Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist.

Your primary focus will be reaching out to property owners, building rapport, qualifying their interest in selling, and uncovering motivated leads for our pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume outbound calling via a multi-line dialer platform (BatchDialer).

Conduct cold outreach to specific property owner lists (tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosures, absent owners).

Follow our structured marketing script while naturally building rapport with US-based property owners.

Qualify leads based on 4 core pillars: Property Condition, Timeline, Motivation, and Price.

Accurately log call details, disposition tags, and warm lead details inside our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience cold calling for US real estate investors or wholesalers.

Tools: Proven familiarity with BatchDialer, Mojo, or similar multi-line dialers, and GoHighLevel or Podio CRMs.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent.

Tech Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), a backup power solution (UPS) or backup internet option, and a noise-canceling headset.

Mindset: Highly resilient, reliable, and comfortable handling objections professionally.

Compensation & Hours:
Base Pay: $4.00 – $5.00/hour USD (depending on experience and skill level), paid weekly via Wise.

Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time (negotiable). Must be able to work during US EST/CST business hours (typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).

Performance Bonuses: A discretionary performance bonus of $[Insert Amount, e.g., $100-$250] will be paid for every warm lead you submit that successfully proceeds to a signed assignment contract and legal title settlement closing.
