FEMALE Virtual Assistant (Work From Home)

Qualifications:
- BPO/customer service experience required
- Fluent in English
- Confident in handling mostly OUTBOUND calls
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Comfortable being on camera throughout the entire work shift.
- Willing to work full-time on a U.S. schedule
- Not currently employed part ---------- -time and can start immediately.


Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and mostly outbound calls
- Assist patients, families, and healthcare professionals (social workers and care managers)
- Coordinate updates and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation
