Filipino Meta Ads Manager

Hi everyone! Dr. Adi Jaffe is looking for a reliable and creative Filipino Meta Ads Manager to help with social media ads, short-form ad creatives, and basic marketing support.

This is a remote role and is best for someone who has hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Ads Manager and can also help with visuals, short videos, and ad content.

Main tasks:
Set up, manage, and monitor Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Help create or edit short-form video ads and visual ad creatives
Write or assist with ad copy, captions, headlines, and CTAs
Track basic ad performance such as clicks, leads, reach, cost per result, and conversions
Suggest improvements for ad creatives, targeting, and campaign performance
Organize marketing assets and campaign notes
Support other social media marketing tasks as needed

Must have:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Facebook/Instagram paid ads
Basic understanding of ad performance metrics
Good eye for design and ad creatives
Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, or similar
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Consistent availability and ability to work remotely

Bonus skills:
TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads experience
Short-form video editing
Graphic design
Copywriting

Email marketing
Landing page or funnel experience
Experience with wellness, coaching, mental health, addiction recovery, or personal development brands
