We are an established international software development agency generating consistent monthly revenue. As we scale, we are looking for a highly trustworthy, detail-oriented Financial Operations & Billing Specialist in the Philippines to join us as a core team member.
Unlike traditional virtual assistant roles, this is a strategic position. We are looking for an operational partner who wants to grow with the agency long-term. To ensure your success is tied to our growth, this role includes a lucrative 20% long-term revenue-share / equity participation program as part of your total compensation package.
???? Key Responsibilities

* Payment Infrastructure Management: Set up, maintain, and oversee our agency’s multi-user merchant accounts (e.g., PayPal Business, Wise for Business).
* Invoicing & Billing: Draft, issue, and track invoices for global clients, ensuring all incoming agency revenues are accurately processed.
* Financial Reporting: Maintain the agency's internal books, track monthly cash flow, and generate income statements.
* Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and payment follow-ups.

????? Minimum Qualifications

* Proven Financial Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, freelance financial management, virtual accounting, or a similar administrative role.
* Fintech Proficiency: Deep familiarity with navigating online financial platforms (specifically Wise for Business and PayPal Merchant tools).
* Technical Readiness: Access to a reliable, secure, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, secure workstation. (Hardware stipends or corporate device provisioning will be discussed for the right candidate).
* Compliance-Minded: Strong understanding of local compliance, including freelance tax filing (BIR) and global anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
* Long-Term Mindset: Looking for a stable, multi-year commitment with the ambition to step into a leadership or operational partner role.
