Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This is more than a customer service position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products.

Our goal is not only to answer questions, but also to provide an excellent shopping experience and confidently recommend products that fit each customer's needs.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls
Return customer callbacks
Help customers place orders
Learn our product catalog thoroughly
Recommend additional products that may benefit the customer
Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Follow up with customers when needed
Update customer records and call notes

Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Strong communication skills
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking
Position Details
Full-time
Monday through Friday
Salary: 5,000 PHP per week
Weekly pay
Bonus

There will be opportunities to earn additional performance bonuses based on sales results.
