Full-Time SEO Specialist (Technical + Content + Link Building)

We're looking for an experienced, all-around SEO Specialist to own and grow our organic search traffic. This is a long-term, full-time role — not a one-off project. You'll handle the full SEO stack, so you should be comfortable working independently and showing measurable results.
Your responsibilities:

Keyword research and building content plans that target buyer intent
On-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, content structure
Technical SEO: site audits, page speed, crawlability, indexing issues, schema markup
Link building: outreach, guest posts, and acquiring quality backlinks (no PBNs or spam)
Tracking and reporting: monthly reports using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank trackers

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (you must show examples — screenshots of traffic growth, rankings you've achieved, or sites you've worked on)
Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
Strong written English
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively
Reliable internet connection and own computer

Nice to have:

Basic WordPress skills
Experience with AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity visibility)
Content writing or editing experience
