Full-Time YouTube Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer (Documentary Niche)

I am looking to hire an experienced video editor to join my team full-time (8 hours per day). The focus will be on long-form YouTube documentaries.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of editing long-form YouTube videos, specifically in the documentary niche.

Thumbnail Design: Strong skills in creating highly clickable, high-quality thumbnails.

AI Policy (Please read carefully): Absolutely NO AI-generated images or videos are allowed inside the documentary itself. You must rely strictly on real stock footage, archival images, and authentic B-roll. However, you are completely free to use AI tools for your editing workflow (audio cleanup, tracking, etc.), and AI generation IS allowed for the thumbnails.

Availability: Must be available to work full-time (8 hours a day).
