GHL with Meta/Google Ads and Social Posting in GHL

**Job Title: GoHighLevel / GHL Assistant with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Social Posting Experience**

We are looking for an experienced and reliable GoHighLevel specialist to join our growing UK-based lead generation and digital marketing business.

This role will start part-time at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to move to full-time if the candidate is a good fit and delivers strong results.

You must have good experience using GoHighLevel, especially working inside different GHL sub-accounts. The role will include helping with CRM setup, funnels, forms, landing pages, automations, pipelines, email and SMS campaigns, social posting, and general campaign management.

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media posting is also important. You do not need to be perfect at everything, but you must be confident, willing to learn, organised, and able to follow instructions carefully.

**Main Responsibilities**

Set up and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts
Build and edit funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and workflows
Create and manage pipelines, tags, triggers, and automations
Help with email and SMS marketing campaigns
Post content to social media through GHL
Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring
Help track leads, appointments, campaign performance, and reporting
Make sure client accounts are organised, clean, and easy to use
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Communicate clearly and regularly with the team

**Required Skills**

Good working knowledge of GoHighLevel
Experience with GHL workflows, funnels, forms, pipelines, calendars, and automations
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Able to work during UK timezone hours
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work independently and solve problems
Willing to learn and improve

**Working Hours**

Part-time to start: 20 hours per week ((Rising to FULL TIME)) for the right person
Must be available during UK timezone working hours
Immediate start available
Potential to move to full-time for the right person

**Interview Process**

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview.

During the interview, we will provide a demo login to one of our GoHighLevel sub-accounts. You will be asked to screen share and show what you can do inside GHL, including your understanding of workflows, funnels, forms, pipelines, automations, and general account setup.

**Pay**

$4 to $8 per hour depending on experience
Bonus structure available for strong work ethic, positive attitude, consistency, and results
