We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who can own our CRM, marketing automation, sales funnels, and AI-powered communication systems.

Position Overview

This is not just a CRM management role.

We're looking for someone who can build a complete patient acquisition and retention system using GoHighLevel. You will create automations, funnels, AI workflows, appointment systems, reputation management, and reporting that help us scale our pharmacy.

Responsibilities
Build and manage our GoHighLevel CRM
Create lead capture funnels and landing pages
Design automated SMS, email, voicemail, and follow-up campaigns
Set up appointment scheduling and calendar automation
Build AI chatbots and conversational workflows
Integrate GoHighLevel with our website and third-party software
Create sales pipelines and patient onboarding workflows
Automate new patient intake and follow-up sequences
Develop marketing campaigns for:
Weight Loss Programs
Men's Health
Hormone Therapy
Telehealth
Compounded Medications
IV Therapy
Wellness Programs
Implement review and reputation management systems
Track KPIs and optimize campaign performance
Build dashboards and reports for management
Improve conversion rates through automation and testing
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Strong understanding of CRM architecture
Experience building advanced workflows and automations
Landing page and funnel development experience
Experience with email and SMS marketing
Knowledge of AI assistants and chatbot implementation
Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and Zapier/Make
Understanding of lead nurturing and customer lifecycle automation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
