GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation Specialist (Remote )

We're looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel expert** to join our team long-term. This is **not** a one-time freelance project—we're seeking someone who wants to grow with our businesses and help build scalable systems that generate leads and improve customer experiences. This position will begin at approximately 16 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours as our businesses grow.

About Us

* **Debt Free Dinner Club** – A financial education and membership community.
* **Clark Realty Group** – A residential real estate brokerage serving Maryland and Washington, DC.

### What You'll Do

* Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems
* Create high-converting funnels and landing pages
* Develop lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns
* Build email, SMS, and workflow automations
* Migrate our Clark Realty Group website from Wix to GoHighLevel
* Set up calendars, forms, pipelines, and appointment booking
* Integrate Stripe, Twilio, Zapier, Make, and AI tools
* Recommend new ideas to improve lead generation, conversions, and business operations

### What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience
* Proven success building funnels, automations, and CRM systems
* Experience with lead generation and marketing automation
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent English communication
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

### Compensation

* **$8 USD/hour**, based on experience
* Long-term opportunity with room to grow
