JOB OVERVIEW

ATTN: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE and CAN SHOW RESULTS

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help us generate qualified sales calls for our ecommerce retention agency.

We already have proof that our offer converts through Meta ads. Now we want to build Google as a second lead-generation channel using Google Search, YouTube, retargeting, and other Google placements.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to “run ads.” We need someone who understands lead generation, conversion tracking, landing pages, funnels, and booked-call economics.

Our agency helps ecommerce brands improve revenue from email, SMS, Klaviyo flows, popups, and retention systems. The goal of the Google Ads account is simple: generate qualified booked calls with ecommerce brands that are interested in improving retention and Klaviyo performance.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
Build and optimize Google Search campaigns
Build and test YouTube campaigns
Set up retargeting campaigns
Research keywords and competitor search terms
Write and test ad copy
Track form submissions, Calendly bookings, and qualified calls
Configure Typeform, Calendly, landing page events, and conversion tracking
Set up Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion tracking
Review campaign performance and explain what is working, what is not, and what needs to change
Give clear weekly reporting on spend, leads, booked calls, CPL, cost per booked call, and lead quality
Recommend landing page, funnel, and offer changes when needed

You must understand:

Google Ads for B2B lead generation
Search intent
YouTube ads
Retargeting
Conversion tracking
Calendly and Typeform tracking
Google Tag Manager
GA4
Cost per lead
Cost per booked call
Qualified lead rate
Landing page conversion rate
How to scale without wasting budget

You must be able to tell us what we can realistically expect based on budget, niche, search volume, offer, landing page, and past campaign data.

Requirements:

Must have experience generating leads with Google Ads
Must have experience with service businesses, agencies, SaaS, B2B, or high-ticket lead generation
Must be able to show previous results or explain campaigns you have managed
Must understand both campaign setup and funnel tracking
Must be comfortable working independently
Must communicate clearly and give direct recommendations
Must be able to manage budget responsibly

This is not an ecommerce purchase campaign role. This is a booked-call lead-generation role.
