NW Marketing Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced **Real Estate Marketing Specialist** to join our in-house marketing team.

This is an opportunity to work with one of Western Washington's leading real estate organizations while helping agents, buyers, sellers, and local businesses grow through innovative digital marketing.

## What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple brands and platforms.

Responsibilities include:

* Create and manage Meta Business Suite campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
* Build, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns
* Generate qualified real estate buyer and seller leads through digital advertising
* Produce engaging social media content for multiple brands
* Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Design professional marketing materials, listing graphics, brochures, and digital ads
* Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, marketing automation, image generation, and copywriting
* Create email marketing campaigns and automated marketing sequences
* Develop landing pages and lead generation funnels
* Analyze campaign performance and continually improve ROI
* Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign launches
* Support special events, community marketing, recruiting campaigns, and brand initiatives

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is both creative and analytical.

Preferred experience includes:

* 2+ years of digital marketing experience
* Experience in the real estate industry preferred (not required)
* Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite
* Experience managing paid Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
* Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
* Graphic design experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience with AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar tools
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Google Ads
* YouTube advertising
* CRM and marketing automation platforms
* WordPress
* MoxiWorks
* Real estate marketing systems
* Drone video editing
* Photography
* Branding and campaign strategy
