About Us

The Lucy Rose Clinic is one of Australia's leading telehealth functional medicine clinics. Every day, women across Australia come to us looking for answers to thyroid, hormone, menopause, gut health and metabolic issues after years of being told everything is "normal."

We're building one of Australia's most advanced health content engines and we're looking for an exceptional Content Creator to help lead it. You'll use AI, research, SEO and our practitioner knowledge base to create educational content that builds trust, ranks on Google and helps thousands of women discover our clinic.

About The Role

Using Claude AI and our internal practitioner knowledge base, you'll create approximately 7 high-quality SEO blogs each week, then repurpose those blogs into multiple marketing assets used across our business.

Every blog becomes the foundation for our marketing.

Your Responsibilities
Research high-value health topics using Google Trends, keyword research and SEO tools
Identify content opportunities based on search demand, seasonal trends and paid advertising insights
Create approximately 7 SEO-optimised health blogs per week
Use Claude AI to assist with research and first drafts
Edit, fact-check and refine AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, engaging and aligned with our brand voice
Repurpose every blog into:

Facebook
Ads
Google Ads

Email
campaigns
Practitioner video scripts
Reels
Instagram & Facebook posts
Landing page content
Lead magnets
Optimise all content for SEO
Maintain our content calendar
Work closely with our Paid Media Manager to create new content based on campaign performance
Collaborate with our designer to produce engaging creative assets
Continuously improve content based on analytics and campaign performance
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills
Excellent written English
Strong SEO writing experience
Excellent research skills
Experience writing blogs for health, wellness, nutrition, fitness or beauty brands
Experience using AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Highly Desirable
Functional medicine or naturopathic content experience
Understanding of women's health
Google Search Console
Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar SEO tools
GoHighLevel experience
Direct-response copywriting experience
Basic understanding of Meta advertising

Google ad copy

Email
campaigns
Practitioner scripts

Landing page content
Educational resources
