We are a small digital media company hiring reliable, long-term remote customer support agents. This is the second round of our hiring process — if you are reading this, we are actively looking for people who meet a higher standard.

The role involves managing written communications on behalf of our team, making sure every interaction feels personal, warm and well-handled. You will work with our internal platform — full training is provided before your first day.

What we are looking for

Perfect written English — the single most important requirement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A warm, natural tone that makes people feel heard and valued

Background in customer service, sales or any client-facing role is a strong advantage

A typing speed of at least 70 WPM — we test this in the interview

A reliable computer setup with a working microphone — both are required for this role

Stable internet connection

Valid government-issued ID required before onboarding
