About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Home Care Lead Generation Specialist to help drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients for our home care agency.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for home care services
Conduct outreach through phone, email, and other channels
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and prospects
Track lead generation activities and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience in home care lead generation
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WellSky and salesforce
Native-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
