**About the Role**

This is a full-cycle outbound sales position. You'll be sourcing your own leads, making cold calls, and closing deals — start to finish, independently. No warm leads handed to you. No manager breathing down your neck. Just you, your dialer, and your results.

We're looking for someone who has been doing this for years and doesn't need to be taught how to sell. If you need a script to lean on and a supervisor to check in with, this isn't the right fit. If you're a closer who thrives on autonomy and wants to be rewarded for performance, keep reading.

**Schedule & Hours**

- Start at **20 hours/week** during your ramp-up period
- Grow to **40 hours/week** once you're producing consistent results
- Flexible — you set your own schedule within agreed expectations

- **$3–$4/hour base pay**
- **Monthly performance bonuses** based on client acquisition — tiered goals, bigger bonuses the more you close

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Cold calling home service and contracting businesses across the US
- Scraping and managing your own lead lists
- Owning the full sales process — cold call to closed deal
- Hitting daily call quotas and weekly close quotas
- Tracking your active dialing time using our activity tracker

**Requirements**

- **Multiple years of cold calling and closing experience — this is non-negotiable**
- Proven ability to take a prospect from first contact to signed deal without support
- Confident, professional phone presence
- You provide your own dialer
- You source your own leads
- Fluent English — clear and natural on the phone
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional call environment
- Self-directed with no need for daily oversight
