Instagram Manager for AI Creator Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Manager to help grow AI creator / AI influencer accounts.

This role is for someone who deeply understands Instagram growth, creator branding, Reels strategy, content analysis, and how to build an account that feels real, consistent, and engaging.

You will be managing the growth direction of AI-generated creator accounts, so you need to understand both social media growth and AI content quality.

Responsibilities

Manage the growth strategy for AI creator Instagram accounts
Develop strong creator branding, personality, visual identity, and content direction
Analyse content performance to understand what is working, what is not working, and why
Create new content ideas based on performance data, audience behaviour, trends, and account positioning
Research viral trends, hooks, sounds, formats, captions, and competitor accounts
Build weekly content plans based on account goals and past results
Create clear content briefs for AI content creators/designers
Review AI images/videos and make sure they are high quality, realistic, and aligned with the creator’s brand
Suggest improvements to content style, branding, account positioning, and overall strategy
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, comments, and overall account performance
Help guide what content should be created next based on results

Requirements

Strong experience growing Instagram accounts
Deep understanding of creator branding and how to make an account feel real and memorable
Strong ability to analyse content performance and turn data into better content ideas
Good understanding of Reels, trends, captions, hooks, and viral content formats
Strong eye for aesthetics, visuals, personality, and consistency
Experience with creator, influencer, model, or personal brand accounts is preferred
Understanding of AI tools/content is a big advantage
Able to tell what makes AI content look realistic, high quality, and engaging
Creative, organized, and able to work independently
Good English communication
Comfortable working with targets and reporting results
